PowerUp Canada Annual Report
Nearly 25,000 students in Canada used Lexia® PowerUp Literacy® with fidelity during the 2021-2022 school year, and they saw tremendous skill growth. While many began the year working at a K–2 content level, that number dropped below 7% by the end of the school year. Students saw content knowledge gains throughout the three strands of the program—Word Study, Grammar, and Comprehension. For example, only 8% of students started the year with sixth- to eighth-grade Word Study skills, but 70% of students achieved that level by the end of the year.
