For Educators
Introduction to Lexia® English Language Development
In this professional learning experience, a Lexia® Professional Learning Facilitator will guide educators through an introduction to the Lexia® English Language Development™ program. Educators will be able to identify key components of Lexia English and utilize best practices to implement the program. By the end of this session, educators will be able to successfully launch Lexia English with their students.
This webinar will prepare educators to:
- Understand the Why of Lexia English
- Explore the student program
- Explore myLexia’s student data platform
- Identify implementation best practices and instructional resources
Lexia® English Language Development™ for Teachers: Data and Reports
In this professional learning experience, a Lexia® Professional Learning Facilitator will model data reporting functions in the myLexia educator platform. By the end of this session, educators will be able to apply progress monitoring and instructional planning strategies to their own student data. This session is recommended for educators once their students have completed the Auto Placement and student data is available in myLexia.
This webinar will prepare educators to:
- Review implementation best practices
- Explore myLexia data reports and use data to drive instruction
- Understand how teacher-led Lexia Lessons support student growth
For Families
Support for Families: Using Lexia English Language Development at Home
In this session, a Lexia® Professional Learning Facilitator will guide families through an introduction to the Lexia® English program. Families will be able to identify key components of Lexia English and utilize best practices in the home to accelerate a child’s literacy development. By the end of this session, families will be able to incorporate Lexia English into their at-home literacy routines.
