Lexia® LETRS® Coaching™: Transforming Learning into Lasting Outcomes
Lexia® LETRS® Coaching™ extends the power of trusted Lexia LETRS professional learning by providing educators with personalized, one-to-one virtual support as they bring the science of reading to life in their classrooms. Designed for educators who have completed at least Volume 1 of LETRS, this practice-focused coaching experience pairs each educator with a dedicated coach. Together, they set individualized goals that help educators confidently translate LETRS principles into daily instruction.
Through a flexible web and mobile coaching platform, educators engage in live online coaching sessions, ongoing asynchronous communication, meaningful reflection, and continued learning resources through LETRS Connect and the Lexia Community Center. Uniquely aligned with the LETRS course, LETRS Coaching provides the research-based, classroom‑embedded support needed to implement evidence-based reading practices with fidelity and sustained impact.
