Lexia® Core5® Reading Logic Model

The Core5 Program Logic Model is a visual guide illustrating how Lexia® Core5® Reading is expected to impact students, educators, and school/district leadership. It helps satisfy the “Demonstrates a Rationale” level of evidence for the effectiveness of an educational program, as described by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). Included in this document is a supplemental Customer Success Partnerships Logic Model, which illustrates the role of Lexia Success Partnerships in addressing challenges and achieving implementation success. The primary purpose of the Logic Model is to guide Core5 and/or Success Partnership planning, research, and evaluation efforts by defining key inputs, activities, and expected short- and long-term outcomes.
