Research Brief: Educator Perceptions of Teaching and Learning in Fall 2021
This research brief describes educators’ expectations for teaching and learning in the 2021-22 academic year. Data come from a nationwide survey of over 1000 teachers and school leaders and focus groups. Results indicate that educators are concerned about students’ readiness but feel prepared to support their education.

Research Brief: Using Lexia Core5 Reading to Address Learning Loss and Accelerate Learning
This research brief describes the results from a correlational study exploring the relationship between use of Core5 and MAP Growth Reading outcomes in the 2020-21 academic year. Data come from over 10,000 students from 35 schools in California, Michigan, and North Carolina. Results indicate that over 80% of students who used Core5 did not have learning loss, over 40% of students who used Core5 accelerated their learning by exceeding MAP Growth targets, and Core5 helped all students.
