2021-2022 Lexia® English ELPA21 Standards Progress Report
During the course of the 2021-2022 instructional year, Lexia® English supported students in schools using the ELPA21 standards. These students demonstrated their knowledge on 48,141 total Presentations of Knowledge, providing educators with ongoing data to inform targeted instruction that optimized both the teaching and learning experience. Impact of Lexia Core5 Reading in California Schools
This school-level study describes the impact of Core5 on third grade student achievement in California between Core5 and non-Core5 schools. Results from 1,477 schools showed that schools with strong Core5 implementation had better school achievement on the third grade Smarter Balanced English Language Arts assessment than California schools that did not use Core5. Additionally, Core5 schools that had more third grade students meeting their Core5 usage targets were associated with higher third grade Smarter Balanced English Language Arts outcomes.
PowerUp Canada Annual Report
Canadian students who used Lexia® PowerUp Literacy® with fidelity in the 2021-2022 school year saw enormous skill growth. Eighty-six percent of students completed at least two zones of content, which accounts for at least six grade levels of knowledge growth, three years per zone. Learn more.
