"The class {name} is in use by another administrator…" Teacher Options messages

Symptom:

Upon entering Teacher Options and attempting to modify student settings, a message appears which says "The class {classnname} is in use by another administrator. Please click OK then Classes to choose another Class."

Solution or Explanation:
  • Check to make sure that there is no other teacher using this option before applying solution.
  • Go to the product folder. In the example below, the product is Phonics Based Reading ('PBR net').
  • Open the product folder and navigate to the 'Records' folder, then the 'Classes' folder.
    • Find the 'tnet.txt' file within the 'Classes' folder. Delete this file.
