"Another Administrator is using this area" messages prevent access to Teacher Options

| Symptom |
When trying to enter Teacher Options, a message appears that says ‘another administrator is using this area’. Access to the Teacher Options section is denied.

| Solution or Explanation |
This condition is caused by file locks that are modified by some Novell network setups.
- Verify that the following file exists and is set to Read Only: adminlock.cxt
- Verify that the following file DOES NOT exist: adminlock.txt.
If these instructions do not resolve the issue immediately, reboot the file server.
