Description

The following are helpful hints for installing the LexiaServer database service.

Explanation:

Install the LexiaServer database service by selecting Server Install during installation—do this on your server machine. See the Lexia Network Installation instructions for more detailed information.

Where possible, use the default location suggested by install.

Only install the LexiaServer database service once on a machine.

The LexiaServer database service cannot be installed on a Novell server, you must install on a dedicated Mac or Windows machine that meet the Lexia system requirements.
