| Description |
Users may get an error message that they need read\write permissions when accessing the database in Lexia or when trying to run reports. Permissions are usually set correctly during product installation, but may change if the installation is moved or changed in any way.

Solution
|
The following list indicates the correct permissions for various folders. The root install folder is: Lexia Learning Systems and the other folders will be found under that root install folder.
