Description:

After installing Lexia Quick Reading Test v2.0+ and updating to Admin 1.4, students using Lexia Cross Trainer get an error when trying to access the database in some activities as shown in the screenshot below.

Solution

Download the Database Access Update for Cross Trainer which addresses this problem and follow the installation instructions in the download. This update needs to be installed on each workstation that is running the Lexia Cross Trainer.
