There is no sound in the program in the introduction or in the activity. Access activity, no directions or words sounded.

At the workstation experiencing the problem, open the Mac HD.
Click on Applications.
Go to Utilities, Audio Midi Setup.
In this window, check Audio Output format is at 44100.0Hz.
If it is higher, click on drop down window and change to 44100.
Close the Window to apply.
