Sound does not play, and you may receive a script error

Description:

There is no sound in the program in the introduction or in the activity. Access activity, no directions or words sounded.

Solution:
  • At the workstation experiencing the problem, open the Mac HD.
  • Click on Applications.
  • Go to Utilities, Audio Midi Setup.
  • In this window, check Audio Output format is at 44100.0Hz.
  • If it is higher, click on drop down window and change to 44100.
  • Close the Window to apply.
