After applying a Lexia patch, the version number of the patched application has not changed despite the patch installer displaying an "Update was successful" message upon completion. |
Solution: |
If any users have the program open while the patch is being applied, this error may occur. Verify that no one is using the program and there are no open files before reapplying the patch. If version number remains the same after re-applying the update, go to location of the Lexia Learning Systems folder on your server or workstation. Open Lexia Learning Systems\LLSCommon and find the following files: lexiacode.cxt, lexiamanagement.dxr, permissions.dxr, and signin.dxr – delete them. Run the update again. |
