Networked Lexia products have two methods of managing data:
A) Shared records folder, where users queue for access to a records database; and
B) Client-server access to the Records database via the LexiaServer database service, allowing many users to simulaneously connnect to the Records data.
Repeated records locks (as indicated by the dialog above) indicate that the network is unable to reliably handle the frequent queueing of database access by the Lexia program(s). In these cases, the use of the LexiaServer database service is highly recommended.
If you are using the LexiaServer database service and get this message, you can say yes to clear the lock without damage.
