I've lost my 'sysadmin' password: How can I get into the Admin Tool?

Symptom:

The 'sysadmin' password is required for all password-protected Admin Tools.

Solution or Explanation:

Lexia respects the privacy of customers, and thus the security settings of the Lexia Admin Tool, including all passwords, cannot be retrieved by Lexia support staff. If you have misplaced your sysadmin password, please contact support at 1 (800) 507-2772. Our support representatives will guide you through gaining access to the Admin tool and resetting the sysadmin and keyadmin passwords.
