The permissions to the Lexia folder should be set properly during installation. If for some reason it isn’t, a permissions reset is needed.

Login as admin and open the Terminal on each affected computer and type in the following command (the product in the example below is installed in the default location):

sudo chmod 755 drive:Applications:Lexia

Press return and enter the password.
