The client configuration screen has the option to force the screen resolution to 800x600 mode. This shrinks the screen resolution, so that the program window takes up the entire screen. The original screen resolution will be restored upon exiting the program.
Version 6.0 of the Lexia Reading student software features a black band that will appear around the edge of the program window to hide the rest of the screen, even when the full screen mode has not been changed.
To change the display settings:
- Double-click on the Lexia Reading icon to launch the student software.
- Hold down the "a" and the "s" keys until the configuration screen displays.
- Check or uncheck the Full Screen (800x600) box, then click Save.
