After downloading the client software, if you see the error “Invalid Customer Code”, you can correct the customer code without having to uninstall and reinstall the software.
To correct the customer code:
- Double-click on the Lexia Reading® icon to launch the student software, and immediately hold down the "a" and the "s" keys while the program is launching, until the configuration screen displays.
- Check to see that the customer code has been entered correctly. The software requires the dashes to be included in the customer code. If the dashes are not there, you can delete the last digit in the customer code, retype that digit, and the configuration screen should put the dashes in for you.
- Click Save, click Yes to complete saving the changes, and the student login screen, Username and Password, should display.
