- Q: What if I forget my password?
- A: Go to the login screen and click on the Forgot Password link on the lower, left corner of the screen. Enter your username (this needs to be a valid email address that you can check). Lexia will email you a new password to use. The email will go to the address specified in your username.
- Q: How can I change my password ?
- A: If you would like to change your password, log into the Mylexia website. When you log in, you will see a button on the right side of the screen called: Edit My Profile. Click on this button. Type in a new password and click submit. You have successfully changed your password.
