Lexia Software Support Plan (LSSP )
Because Lexia strives for excellence, we frequently update our software to ensure that teachers are continually able to fully serve their students.
Lexia offers 3 software support terms, which offer greater yearly savings for signing on with a multi-year agreement:
- 12 months
- 24 months
- 36 months
Each plan includes:
- Free software upgrades, updates, and bug fixes.
- Unlimited calls to technical support.
- Option to purchase add on licenses with discounts based on cumulative school purchases.
- Discounted replacement CDs.
Customer Options
Customers with active Support are eligibile to buy add-on licenses with discounts based on cumulative school purchases.
Customers with an expired Software Support Agreement can reactivate the agreement once they have paid the applicable fees to bring the software current.
Software Support Plan Conditions
Maintenance is non transferable. You cannot transfer the license to another school district.
